Tara began her personal yoga practice in 2004 as an undergraduate at Stanford University, and she earned RYT-200 certification in 2018.
Since 2016, she has taught yoga for youth and adults, offering classes in studio, school, summer camp, outdoor, and office settings. Her specialities are alignment-focused vinyasa for adults, body awareness and relaxation for youth, and alignment and strengthening for teen and adult ballet dancers.
